We have sourced our fabrics thoughtfully and directly from ethical manufacturers. We offer fabrics made of linen, cotton, linen or cotton blend, and synthetic. Our fabric collections can also be categorized into three sections - sheer, semi-sheer and blackout fabrics. Here we summarise all the questions we got from our customers and create a sheet of facts on the fabric. 

All fabric collections are compliant with the Oeko-Tex standard 100. The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 quality label is the best-known and most common quality certificate for independently tested textiles found to be free of harmful substances. Our Belgian linen fabrics are sourced directly from the world's oldest and finest mill in Belgium.

**Most of our fabric collections have a double lot width (110"-118"). A few collections have a narrow lot width (55"). If either the curtain actual fabric width or height is over the lot width minus the amount of material needed for the heading and hems, there will be joining seams. If the fabric is not patterned, we will turn the fabric to the side to avoid joining seams. If you are concerned about curtain joining seams, please check our fabric lot width at the chart below or email us support@loftcurtains.com and we will calculate it for you. We will try to place the joining seams at the least obvious positions. By default the side hems are 0.75" and bottom hems 2". At least 1.5" of fabric is needed for each side hems.
